usgParalax and USG People entered into a framework agreement with each other. In the agreement both parties have promised to commit themselves to each other for a period of five years: during this period USG People will use the Rostar CAS professional personnel planning software. The objective is to standardise all relevant USG People companies operating within Europe. Paralax is the supplier.

USG People provides specialised labour market services in Europe, with flexible employment and customer care services as its principal activities, and is established in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Spain and Portugal. In the Netherlands alone USG People has more than 30 operating companies, including Creyff’s, ASA Student Employment Agency, Unique, and Start People.

This framework agreement was initiated by two USG People operating companies. They indicated to the holding company that they needed professional software for personnel planning. With Rostar CAS they are able to anticipate customer demand more quickly and general efficiency increases.

For Roland Brinkhoff, Corporate Director of Purchasing at USG People, and Rob Buikema, Manager Director of Paralax, this is an excellent starting point for working together and for satisfying the request of the USG People operating companies.

Paralax has been developing, programming and implementing software for personnel planning since 1980, and Paralax is still the market leader in the Netherlands. Paralax is also active abroad, especially in Germany, Belgium and France where the number of clients is increasing. With Rostar CAS, Paralax offers a new generation of personnel planning software where flexibility, user friendliness and high-quality technology are paramount. Thanks to Rostar CAS, planning can be done more quickly, more efficiently and more easily.
