The Paralax Services organization can provide customized Business Consultancy, Implementation Services, Project Management, and Application Integration Services to support your organization in the deployment of the Rostar CAS software. Dependent on the complexity and scope of a project, one or more types of consultants will be appointed, led by a Project manager who has the final responsibility for the whole project.

 

Each implementation always starts with the development - together with the customer - of a so called Project Initiation Document (“PID”) which outlines the plan, scope, dependencies, timeframes, and responsibilities. After the project goes live, this Consultant will transfer the process- and scheduling information to the Paralax Service desk.

 

In addition to the essential knowledge on planning and the Rostar CAS software, each implementation consultant also has technical knowledge of databases, interfaces, third party software and operating systems. Our project managers and consultants are certified on Prince2, DSDM, ITIL, SQL-Server administration and Oracle9i/Oracle10g.
